I developed pcos a few years after having my first baby so with our second we had to do fertility treatments. We tried femara for 6 months and it didn’t work. So we moved on to IUI while continuing femara and adding the trigger shot. It took 3 IUIs but we were finally successful and I’m now 17wks4days with our second! We struggled for about 5 years before going to a fertility dr. My only advice would be not to wait as long as we did!

Not a success story per day but did fall pregnant on 150mg clomid 2000mg metformin. Unfortunately I lost the baby at 6 weeks (2 weeks ago). I will be trying clomid again when I get my next bleed. Metiformin is my lifesaver made my cycle a regular 28/32 days (I don’t ovulate each cycle) instead of 40-100 day cycle.
