Withdrawl bleeding

I feel dumb for asking, but can withdrawl bleeding be heavy?

I started and stopped my BC pill twice in a week and haven't taken it since (because it isn't only my job to prevent pregnancy 🤷‍♀️) and it was the first week of the first pack.

Yesterday I started bleeding like the start of my period but it was light, and today it's heavier. Could this be my actual period or can withdrawl bleeding be super heavy?

I have 2 kids and have started and stopped BC twice in 2 years and I feel like I should know this by now
