Wet before period

This is going to be a stupid question but does anyone get really wet before their period? And I don't mean when sexually aroused lol I mean just in general? I'm 2-4 days from my period and I've been to the bathroom 3 times today bc it has been so wet down there it feels like my period has started.. This doesn't usually happen to me so I'm curious..
