I have a spending problem

So, I just spent $500 plus that I don’t have on clothes for my son. He’s not born yet. Could someone give me some tips on how to keep from doing this because I’m literally going crazy here. There will be 11 packages with my name on them arriving to my grandpas. I’m starting to think I need therapy. He probably won’t get to wear half of it. Lord help me😩

Update: it’s all secondhand, I can’t send mine back 😅 I messaged all and asked if they’ve shipped…they have. Fml
