Period and iud

I have had my iud for 3 years and have not had a period since.

Today when I went to the bathroom there was some pink discharge. I’ve been having other symptoms as well and I’m just wondering if this is normal after not having a period for so long to be experiencing? Or if it should warrant a trip to the doctor
