I start my period in 9 days but I have had really bad gas lately, my stomach hurts & I am a little tired. My husband wants me to take a test but I’m not sure if I’m pregnant or not…

If you’re 9 days away from your period you wouldn’t be experiencing pregnancy symptoms yet. But if you weren’t tracking ovulation and you ovulated earlier than you thought then it’s possible you could be experiencing pregnancy symptoms.
However, pms and pregnancy symptoms are nearly identical so it’s hard to say for certain. But my doctor told me if I’m far enough along to experience symptoms from the HCG then it’d register on a test, so you can take a test!

9 days away from your period is too soon to take a test, the results would be meaningless. Based on the symptoms you're describing it sounds more like a stomach flu. Unless you have a reason to think you're pregnant (I.e. unprotected sex) I think you have nothing to worry about.
