9 at home positives but negative at the hospital

Hi! So I took these test starting Saturday with the two first response, now I didn’t see a line on the first one but me & my bf was joking & i told him I was & so I took the second one & actually did see a line very faint but still a line. This same night I went to the ER to confirm & they gave me a Blood Qualitative test & told me it was negative. Fast forward to leaving the hospital after line 5 hours, I take the equate (doesn’t have a logo) & it comes back with a stronger positive. So the next day 10/23 I take the two clearblues one in the morning & one in the afternoon & they both show distinct positive lines. Monday morning I take the CB digital & it says pregnant & I’ve never gotten a false Positive on a digital test, let alone any test but for sure not this many. I then go back to the emergency room & they due a grind sample & it comes back negative, the wait is extremely long & I end up leaving & coming back home to take the other CB digital & that says pregnant as well. I then go back to the ER with all the test & they perform 3 more urine samples that all come back negative & do a quantitative hcg which shows my hcg at 14.93 so they say it’s negative because it needs to be 25. They are telling me if I first tested on Saturday it should have doubled by now making it atleast 20 since the sensitivity of all my test was 10. My last cycle was Sep 25 & I am currently today on 10/25 4 days late. I have very regular consistent cycles so this is all very confusing. Can anyone help me, is it too early or is it most likely a miscarriage. The doctors also tried to tell me that I was having a spontaneous abortion & that possibly I tested positive (eveb though I took the CB digital maybe 5 hours before going to the ER & then the other one around 5 hours before going again) due to my hcg being at 25 & now it is declining, I did some research & found that it usually goes down every 2 days. I also have no bleeding, not even spotting, swollen breast, mild intermittent cramping all day which is very different from my period cramps as I suffer from dysmenorrhea. I am on an emotional roller coaster right now & just want some help.
