Do you know how you would diagnose between the two? Would it be just urine or do you need a swab? I ended up in the ER on Saturday with cramping and brown discharge and immediately thought the worst could’ve been happening. Baby was fine, heartbeat was excellent but my pee had white blood cells in it which they figured was a UTI but I never had any burning, just having to pee a lot more which I put as the hormones etc. I’m definitely going to mention it to my doctor on Thursday but I’m worried I could’ve been misdiagnosed and would you really know the difference? I wear liner’s a lot because I hate the amount of discharge I have and I do notice that the liner can be yellow but it don’t smell fishy but I do become irritated down there, I can be itchy and sometimes after sex it has burned but it does not burn when I pee!
