Early labor ? 35 weeks

Question

This morning I woke up with a lot of pressure and cramping in my lower belly. I decided to go ahead and track my Braxton hicks and they been at least 6 min apart with mild cramping. Nothing to intense or painful but for sure uncomfortable. Is this early labor?? I have a scheduled OB appointment for tomorrow morning

It’s a possibility but it’s probably just your body preparing for baby to come as long as you can breath through the lm and talk it’s probably just Braxton box and your cervix softening and possibly dilating as long as there not on the 5-1-1 rule you would be fine
