Has anyone experienced hearing your own heartbeat and pressure in one ear? This just started a few days ago and it’s not hurting or anything it’s just super annoying. I’ve been trying to research it and Google says it’s Pulsatile Tinnitus, one of the things that cause it is anemia which would make sense for me because I’m anemic. Of course there’s also scary things about it like it could be cause by something serious, but I have no idea. I’m scared cause what if it is something serious, but I don’t know whether to book a doctors appointment or take my iron pills for a week or two and see if it goes away. Idk what I’m asking or looking for hahaha, maybe just need advice I tend to overthink 😂🥲
