Any advice on dealing with Sciatica?

I've had it with all 3 of my pregnancies & every time it's gotten worse. I was vacuuming today & going up & down the stairs putting Christmas gifts away so I'm sure I over did it . Took a warm bath & am now using the heating pad but wondered if there is any thing else that might help, the pain is horrible!

A chriropractor. I've gone during my pregnancies. Not for sciatica pain. But, they work.

I've got the same issue, tweaked it really bad the other day.  I plan to ask my MW for a referral for chiropractic, in the mean time alternating ice and heat seams to work best.

Chiropactor will be your new best friend! I had it was b4 the baby from old motocross injury but since becoming pregnant it's gotten 10x worse only relief I get is going and getting adjusted , just make sure you go to one who has delt with and had training with pregnant women

Yoga!! There are a cpl of moves that help. I like pigeon pose. Sit in the pose for a cpl of minutes & it really help. But we both know it never really completely goes away till after baby. Look it up on pinterest.
