Ferritin Low

I’m kind of freaking out I got blood work done and my hemoglobin was on the lower end at 11.9 (11.2-15.7) and my red blood cells were low 4.31 (4.63-6.08). I got my ferritin back and it was 4.1 (10.0-291.0) this seems dangerously low to me!! I’m 29 weeks and now I’m freaking out, what if they can’t get it raised for before delivery? I have a history of hemorrhaging and now I’m freaking out. Has anyone had complications from low ferritin?
