Toddler crying in his sleep
My 22 month old has been waking up in the night multiple times crying and sometimes it's hard to get him back to sleep. He will wake up at 5:30am every morning and not go back to sleep until after lunch. He doesn't take a bottle or sippy cup to bed and we have been done with the binkie for months. I'm about to have another baby in 4 weeks. I would like to get my toddler back to his good sleep cycle. Help!
