I get constipated if I don't drink at least 90oz a day.

I have days where I can’t get enough water, and I’m constantly chugging. I also have days where I don’t even look at water 😅 One thing that helps me is mixing juice and water. Sweets are a constant for me in this pregnancy, so sweet fruity juices are perfect. I have a few 20 oz water bottles I rotate through during the week. I get 6-8 oz of water in one and then fill the rest with whatever juice I want at the moment, then refill as needed/wanted. It’s helped me a lot with my water intake on those days that I just need something more than plain water!
