Out of breath ?

Anyone else starting to be out of breath i was going up and down my stairs in my house and i had to laugh because i was so out of breath lol at this point i need to work out or something lol 😂

Been there for a while..I had an old injury that disnt heal ( like 10 yrs old) - it caused me to have bad varicose veins n it s tiring to walk alot let alone upstairs ..funny thing is you need to excercose to avoid these veins..trust me you don't want them.Get that cardio n some yoga in..you ll ease your labor w yoga n if you get your pelvic floor stronger you ll be glad too..Check out Brett Larkins youtube channel..she s awesome

I work our 2/3 times a week and walking up the stairs kills me more I swear 😂😂
