Pcos, period, and spitting up blood

So the day I started spotting my stomach was hurting and I felt like I was going to puke so I went to the bathroom I never did puke but blood came up I do have irregular periods but my period actually came the next day. Why do I do this I just want to have regular periods again.

I would suggest you to go and see the doctor. They may do blood work, scan etc. To identify the root cause and help you

Do you get heartburn sometimes? My gerd acts up as one of my pms symptoms. If it’s bad enough, I throw up. Sometimes there is blood. You should definitely see your primary physician about this and maybe get a referral to a GI doctor as well.

That’s not normal with the spitting blood up you need to see a dr ASAP!
