Pelvis pops while walking?

Question

33 weeks and since yesterday my pelvis has been popping with every step I take. I’m sure it’s nothing to be worried about but I was just curious to see if anyone else has experienced this before

It’s actually partly hormonal. Your body is preparing for birth by releasing extra relaxin to loosen your joints. That plus all the physical changes and added weight cause all kinds of weird things to happen to your hips, groin, and pelvis especially the last few weeks. Super common!

See a chiropractor.  You have a hormone called relaxin pumping through your body to prepare you for labor so it's really no big deal but a chiropractor can help make sure you're aligned and work on your hip flexors and give you some relief.

Have you tried releasing the hip flexor on the affected side or both? That always helps me
