Nervous

I go for a follow up ultrasound tomorrow at 6w3d after seeing no baby but just a yolk and gestational sac at my 5w5d ultrasound! I am praying so hard we see a little baby tomorrow. Just nervous because my sac was measuring ahead and I feel like there should’ve been a baby in there. But I am keeping my spirits up!🙏🙏
