Tiger Balm?!

Has anyone used tiger balm while breastfeeding??! My back has been killing me & I have tiger balm on hand. I was wondering if it’s safe to use while I’m EBF my 2mo old. Thanks in advance!

I don’t think it’s an issue if you are so so careful about putting it on with gloves or having your partner do it. I was always scare that it would end up in my baby’s mouth or near their face so I avoided anything with menthol.
Can you soak in an epsom salt bath or heat up a rice sock?
