Hey!! My name is Mabel! I just had my first baby on the 9th. He came 5 weeks early.

I am pumping to keep a supply of breast milk. I am almost 3 weeks pp. I try to pump every 2-3 hours and I get about 7oz. He is eating 4 oz as of today! He seems satisfied. I’m not sure if this is a good amount to be pumping. If I pump every 4-6 hours I can get more than 10oz each session. I have the spectra s9 pump and a Medela. I love using the s9 as I can carry it around with me. Is there anything that I need to be doing to keep up with the supply? And to increase supply as he needs more milk? I’m a ftm and hardly anyone in my family breast fed so this is all new to me!! Thanks in advance 💜
