I just noticed yesterday that my 3 1/2 year old armpits smelled like body odor. She had a bath last night, and today her armpits again smell like body odor. She’s getting cleaned properly. The only thing that’s changed recently, is she’s been constipated and has been taking mirilax. It’s been hurting her so she’s been holding it in, I don’t know if this would cause this. I have messaged her pediatrician, just waiting on a response and wanted to see if anybody has any ideas! Thanks
