How often do you grocery shop?

Just wondering I feel like I go get what I’m missing then end up somehow at the store 3-4 days after I did my trip to the grocery store!

Meal planning and making a list at the same time really helps me prevent that from happening.

We do one big shop per week but we’re up every day to buy dinner because we don’t plan our meals ahead of time most nights.

1 big grocery shop per week and maybe 1 or 2 quick stops to pick up odds and ends we may have forgotten or run out of
