Excercise and healthy diet - lots of veggies, lean meat, no alcohol and minimal refined sugars. Whole grains when eating carbs and a fibre supplement. My endocrinologist suggested it and it worked.

Does anyone have any success naturally balancing your hormones? What was your methods? Vitamins? Seed cycling? Teas?
