Does anyone have any success naturally balancing your hormones? What was your methods? Vitamins? Seed cycling? Teas?

Excercise and healthy diet - lots of veggies, lean meat, no alcohol and minimal refined sugars. Whole grains when eating carbs and a fibre supplement. My endocrinologist suggested it and it worked.

Ya, not only did it help my hormones, it helped my energy levels and waistline! At least 150 minutes of moderate excercise per week. I did youtube low impact workouts :D
