I'm a 23 year old female, on the mini pill but still having regular periods, average cycle length 32 days.

This morning I've had some light spotting as well as a migraine, which I often get around my period. From my discharge I think I only ovulated a week ago- could this be my period starting early? I'm not due for like another 10 days....

It's probably also worth mentioning that we had sex for the first time in over a month on Wednesday and it was a little bit rough so not sure if I've irritated something slightly

Also if this is my period, help, I'm at my bfs parents house for the first time and I have no pads.
