Teething Help

Hey all! FTM here. My LO has been teething for almost a month and a half now. He is getting extremely agitated as he will not chew on any teething toys. I have tried literally everything under the sun. (I have spend almost $100 on different styles of teething toys). He only seems to like gnawing on my fingers and his hands but even lately it seems like that bothers him. He's getting harder to put down for naps because he's just looking for something to chomp on. I give him the natural teething stuff (see below) but it only seems to last an hour or so and I don't want to give him too much of it. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can help soothe him?
