1 Nap a day?

Has your November baby dropped most of their nap’s? My girl only has one nap! At this age I remember my boy had 2-3 naps a day.

My son is on one nap and has been a complete life changer! He now sleeps 7pm - 7am. I spoke with my health visitor and they told me to not force him to sleep if he doesn’t want too and it’s been the best decision we made. I work in a nursery too and my managers kids cut naps completely at 19 months and slept 13/14 hours a night. I just think we need to follow our babies and not what’s wrote online.xx

My LO still has 2 naps a day. But the first nap is only about 30 mins. Second nap in the afternoon is closer to 2 hours

Only 17% of 12 month olds are ready for one nap. I would still try to offer two if you can .

My baby girl has 2 naps a day still. One at daycare 12-2 and one from the drive home 5ish to 530 ish

Mostly. He started showing early signs of the transition around 11 months. He’s a little over 13 months now (was due in November but was a late October arrival) and his sleep issues have resolved since going down to one nap. Forcing a nap drop at any point in his development never helped him, so I always just kind of had to wait it out with the sleep issues until they resolved on their own. That was true this time as well. He dropped the 2nd nap for good when he was ready.

Babies are typically ready to move to 1 nap at 15 months, they tend to fight the 2nd one at this age due to developmental growth.
My 11 month old is on 2 naps. Regular days it's 1-2 hours morning nap and 20 minutes to 1 hour afternoon nap. She's a terrible Sleeper  and is known to nap for less than an hour in a whole day... it's fun 🙃

Our oldest did 3 naps a day until 15 months when she finally dropped down to 2 naps a day. She also slept 13-14 hours a night Our youngest is a Nov. 21 baby and she still tales 2 naps a day. She sleeps 12-13 hours a night.
