Can letrozole or progesterone cause false positives ?

I’m on my 16DPO n I tested with my FMU n got this result within 2minutes.
My symptoms at present are supper gassy with backache n mild cramps at times.
I took letrozole for ovulation and progesterone for last 14days.

Those meds won’t cause a false positive! Progesterone is a naturally occurring hormone in your body and is used to help sustain a pregnancy! I’d say you’re pregnant ❤️
