IUD moved

So I feel like my IUD may have moved I'm not sure. I thought it did a week ago so just to be safe I took a plan b. Now a week later my s/o said he could feel it so I thought it didn't move. We had rough sex last night and now I'm bleeding. I just had my period 3 weeks ago. What should I do?
