Anyone else have fordyce spots?

I know fordyce spots are white small bumps but I also have some flat white spots around my vulva and I’ve had them for a while and it has made me nervous. They don’t burst, crust or anything like that but I do tend to make myself worried that maybe I caught herpes somehow 😫 I tend to forget about them but I notice shaving and sometimes irritation can make me sore down there. I know so many people talk about how herpes are so so painful.
