My husband and I were driving around and wanted to stop somewhere to get lunch to bring home. I was like can we stop at Starbucks real quick? He was like no, look how the long the drive thru is. Then I was like do you wanna try that New Mexican restaurant? He kinda groaned about it because he doesn’t like Mexican food much but then he pulled in the parking lot. We looked at the menu online and I was like oh dang it’s expensive. It was like $20 for a burrito. My husband started complaining and telling me to eat cheap and not get the big burrito I was wanting and I was like okay I’ll just get 3 little chicken tacos, they’re only $3 each. He kept complaining how expensive it all was Iike “I don’t know why you wanna eat here so bad. Looks lame. Hope you enjoy your measly tacos.” I was like whatever. He went inside to order and get the food and comes back out and we get home. At home I’m unpacking the bag and find my 3 little tacos. Then at the bottom is the giant $20 burrito. I was like um did you order this after telling me I couldn’t have it? He said yeah I’m hungry.

Like…? Is that not fucked up? Maybe I sound spoiled but literally all I wanted was a latte and a burrito today lmao. And because of him I couldn’t get it.

We are NOT broke by the way and make really good money.
