Pregnacare

I stopped bleeding after having a chemical pregnancy on the 19th and i started taking pregnacare on the 22nd and on the 23rd I spotted a little when i wiped and then on the 29th i started bleeding again with lots of little clots , could Pregnacare caused this or is this something i should see my doctor about ? Very strange , never had anything like this before
