Is this a sign baby isn’t eating enough?

My son is only a month old today. He was doing good 3 hours stretches between Feeds before (sometimes 2) but the last 2-3 days and nights, he’ll eat, fall back asleep, then wake up after only 30-45 mins acting hungry again. He did it all night and would only sleep on my chest when he had no problem sleeping in his crib before.

And there were a few times today where he would eat, be awake for about an hour, then act hungry again.

Does this sound like cluster feeding or that I need to feed him more at feeds?

He’s having 3oz a feed now but he’s also very tiny. He was only 4lb 15oz at birth. I’m assuming he’s around 6lb now.
