My heart is completely broken!

Last night I said slightly bleeding. It was only when I would wipe and it was pink. Then this morning the cramping began. With more intense of a blood color when wiping. Moments later I went to the bathroom and passed the biggest blood clot I have ever seen! I could feel it pass through my abdomen and then the cramping suddenly stop! I decided to go to the ER to get checked out and they could not see the embryo and my hcg levels were low..

Now I have to follow up with my obgyn in the morning for more information on what to do. I couldn’t have been no more then 8 weeks pregnant and my first ultrasound is scheduled for November 4th. I’m so heart broken! How did anyone ever get through this!!!??
