Can I go wrong with week count if I don’t count my ovulation ?

Congratulations to all !!

It’s my first and obviously I am freaking out .

My last periods were on 15th September. They are very regular 29-31 days .

I never calculate ovulation .

We found out on 23rd October that we are pregnant - Hcg 345

On 30th October I had an transvaginal scan - they found my confirm the pregnancy .

Hcg on 30th - 1883

I have all the symptoms, weakness , dizziness , nausea , extreme sore boobs at night , horrible mood swings , slight cramps , leg ache etc .

I am 100% sure I am pregnant.

Doctors told to do a hcg after 3 days !

But I am freaking out .

Is this normal ?

Has anyone had this before ?

Can I be lesser weeks than the app & logically we are calculating ? But how ?

Please help !
