Myomectomy
So I have been TTCing for over three years I have had some rough time, break ups and make up within those three years but I/ we have survived it. We have been together for over 18 years. A lot has happened and I have forgiven him for most to be honest some I'm still working on. I found out I had fibroids back in 2012 when I was pregnant with my last child after a routine ultrasound. I was told of two but over the years one perished the other grew bigger and started to rest on my bladder and womb. I took pills done serval tests blood and to check for blockage but all came back good. I opted to get rid of my fibroids because not only that one perished but two tiny ones appeared. I went in a week ago and I had my myomectomy done it was successful. My doctor removed one the size of a orange sitting on top of my womb and two in the lining of my uterus. I spent three days in the hospital and was sent home with medication. I am still in discomfort but I can say it was worth it now my bladder feels fine and I have no pressure there. I hope this will aid in my next phase of TTCing because even tho it might help with my fertility issues it might not but I'm hopeful. I have minimal pain coming out of surgery because my doctor ensured I got the best care to cope with the pain. I had no fears going in and I have none moving forward. Good luck to all who have a myomectomy to be done mine was an open myomectomy and get well for those who had recently done theirs. Baby dust to all 🥰😇
