Nausea remedies?

Hey ladies I’m pregnant with my 2nd and this pregnancy is killing me😭 i am nauseous 24/7 and it’s even hard for me to focus, i feel like i have the vomit at my throat at all times but i won’t throw up😭 and i feel like my insides are soooooo uncomfortable and I’m barely 7 weeks😓 do you guys have any remedies on relief? I have to force myself to eat all the time😭

Ive been taking pepto daily along with b6 and ginger root! I've also been sucking on sour lemon drops to help till the pepto kicks in. The b6 and ginger root take about 1-2 weeks to build up so the pepto helps to cover till then. You gotta keep up with it tho cuz skipping even a day will make you have to restart the process. Hope this helps!!

half a unisom tablet and 25 mg vitamin b6 2-3x per day has been a huge lifesaver for me

I use Preggie Pops! You can get them at Walmart, target, or Amazon. They do pretty good for me and also ginger ale has helped me out a lot!❤️
