Spotting mid cycle after sex??

Hi ladies, bf and I had sex last night at cd 14 and afterwards I had a small amount of spotting. Does this mean ovulation is happening typically?

Answer

It could be anything from rough sex, hormones issues or ovulation so many reasons for spotting after sex or mid cycle
