Infant nesting pillow/lounger - safe or not?

Never leave unsupervised, and keep sounds if any down to listen. I used a boppy with the center and my daughter napped in it constantly from newborn to 3 months, we usually moved her to bassinet. Then the infant to toddler rockers a lot once my daughter was around 3 months old and would drag it to the bathroom to continue watching her when I was alone with her. She was too big at that point for bassinet and refused to sleep in her crib till 4 months and I couldn't just sleep/lay all day everyday with her in our bedroom. Everything I've read for the loungers and the rockers is people leaving them unattended or falling asleep watching them. I'm a neurotic anxiety riddled person so I checked breathing CONTATNLY and had zero qualms waking her if she moved into unsafe positions by wiggling around. I had the TV playing music or a show quietly and just watched her like a hawk constantly and will do the same with my son if he's as fussy where he wants to sleep.

Safe if supervised. You cannot leave baby unattended in it. Like many thing you need to use common sense.

This is a tricky one. They are generally safe as long as the parent is aware of babies positioning. The risk of suffocation increases when baby’s nose and mouth are close to the side or their neck is angled downward.

They are safe, what’s not safe is how they are used! Baby always has to be monitored and they’re not meant for naps or sleeping! My sister used hers at times when she was sitting right next to baby but could not hold her for whatever reason, like when doing laundry. But she was always right next to the baby! I got one cause it looked so convenient for that purpose and her baby always looked so content in it! More so than if she had him just laying on the floor on a blanket!
