“Shamed” for shaving down there?? So confused 😆
This is so random and happened recently. I’m completely thrown honestly because I don’t understand and was curious if this is actually a thought process?? I have zero issue with the fact that sexually mature men and women have pubic hair. I have no problems with how people keep it groomed (or don’t) and deem it none of my business.
I was an early bloomer- I got my first period at 11 and looked much older than I was with physical development. At first I just trimmed stuff but honestly I got tired of all the hair shedding constantly and trim upkeep etc, and when I was around 16 I shaved it all off for good and found it to be sooo much more comfortable for myself. I’m 27 now and have been totally shaving ever since. My husband doesn’t care either way, however he has said he loves how soft/smooth my skin feels once I’m freshly shaved. Flash forward to now:
The other day in a beauty group, I had commented on a post (related to the topic) about shaving down there and some woman said I was disgusting for not leaving any hair… she also went further and said my husband is into pre-pubescent girls otherwise he would only like me super hairy, and said that I’m trying to BE a little girl…. I was so confused. The thing is, a LOT of people agreed with her. Seriously thrown for a loop over here lol. I’ve had 2 babies. I have 40 inch hips, DD boobs, and an hourglass figure with a small 22 inch waist. I’ve got a booty and thicker thighs too. I look very “womanly” not like a child lol. I don’t see how me not having hair down there amounts to anything to do with prepubescent girls. Thoughts??
