Painful orgasm?

This is SO embarrassing but I’m worried and weirded out? I have never orgasmed in my sleep before but it happened about 2 weeks ago and I woke up with severe cramping thah hurt for a few minutes. Baby has been checked on since then and is fine but it happened again this morning and hurt badly. I’ve had mild cramps throughout today. Is this normal?

And is pregnancy making me do this in my sleep?😅 I haven’t had sex since finding out in fear of hurting the baby so I’m so mad this is happening involuntarily.
