Unfortunately AF came at the weekend, and with that went our hopes of success with our first Embryo transfer.

Our Grade-1 fresh 3-day embryo transfer just didn’t stick.

The weekend was a whirlwind of emotions. It’s difficult not to think you did something wrong.

However, we’re come to terms with it, and are ready to move on to what’s next.

We’ve got an appointment with the doctor on the 17th November to see what we can do next with our one and only frozen embryo. It’s Grade C (fair quality), and at age 38 the odds still aren’t great, but it’s what we’ve got.

I’m not ready to give in just yet! Positive thoughts 🙂
