I did it all cycle but you really need to start at the minimum when your period ends. This is because you could ovulate sooner than predicted and miss it if you’re only temping during ovulation week. Plus the point of temping is to have a baseline through your follicular phase (time after your period before ovulation) so you can see that shift in temps and see if your temps sustain during the luteal phase (time after ovulation before your period).
