Progesterone in Oil injections
I might be late to this party, but I wanted to share this advice because it 100% worked for me! My nurse told me to run the filled syringe under warm water until the oil is warm, then inject it. It thins out the oil and makes it so much less painful to inject. We did it today and wow I barely felt it!
