Sharp pain in cervix area 13 wks

I keep getting these sharp pinching pains in what feels like my cervix or vagina. Theyre not super painful and dont last long but it happens a few times a day. Im afraid its a symptom of an incompetent cervix or something. Is this feeling normal??? Or should I be concerned
