Due today & nothing!

I'm due today 12-26-15 I'm getting really bad backaches & it feels like I'm about to start my period. I also get really sharp pains at times but I don't know if I'm going into labor or anything. My doctor said if I don't have her by Tuesday 12-29-15 I'm getting induced. I'm still confused. I don't know what I should do?
