Implantation wouldn’t happen that soon after a positive OPK . You’d only be about 3DPO-4DPO. It’s mid-cycle spotting, which can happen for a number of reasons. Most commonly, this could be coming from the Cervix, or it’s due to hormonal changes. Monitor it, and take a test when/if you miss a period. Most people have a misconception about “implantation bleeding”. It’s not what it’s chalked up to be, and there isn’t a lot of evidence that shows it can cause physical/outward symptoms.

Too early for implantation anything. If you got a positive opk 5 days ago that means you're maybe only 3-4 dpo.
