Craving…ramen
I know this post is melodramatic but basically, I just wanted to see if anyone else is still struggling w food aversions/eating healthy?
Prior to my pregnancy while ttc I was eating so healthy. At 7 weeks I started having super bad food aversions and the site of spinach would make me want to yack. Same with meats unless they are covered in a sauce or put in something (like spaghetti). I thought it would be better by now but I am 13w4d and I still have the pallet of a 6 year old. I have been craving RAMEN like no other and I know it’s not good for you so I’ve limited it to like once a week. Things like fries, grilled cheese, ramen, Mac n cheese, butter noodles and Mexican food etc are all types of food I want. Anyone else struggling with eating healthy? I am a freak about taking my prenatals at least. I just don’t want to harm my baby.
