4 weeks pregnant and cramping

Hi mamas ,

I just learnt yesterday that I’m pregnant and I have been having lots of cramping . Almost like medium to milk period like cramping or could even be like gas pains lol.

Is anyone having this or had this and had healthy pregnancy ?

Definitely dealing with this at 6 weeks and it makes me so worried that I’m going to start my period. Hang in there, Mama!

Kind of like period cramps. And then every now and then I get a pinching sensation.

I had some intermittent period -like cramping until around 6 weeks. Im now about 8 weeks with no issues. Some cramping is normal if there is no blood.

A little over 4 weeks my first pregnancy and feeling all the cramps n gas bubbles too!
