Am I crazy??

So this is my 3rd cycle trying after IUD removed… 
Just got these test today & never taken them before. I took a first response test 1st thing this am & it was definitely negative. Took these like 20 mins ago & got this. I took 2 of them within a few mins just to make sure. This came up almost instantly… are these indents or vfp??
I’m between 8-10dpo… all my apps are different so I’m not sure
