Hello I need some advice, on my first cycle on letrozole ended with a chemical pregnancy. Now I’m on my second cycle and I had just ovulated within the past few days, according to my LH surge and blood work, but I have never felt this nauseous during the time I ovulate. If anyone else has been on femara/letrozole have they felt this sick during ovulation, and if so, do you know why the nausea is so bad?
